The taste evolves in a complex manner, displaying zesty orange notes and bananas up front mixed with clove and earthy notes. Additionally, a pervasive caramel sweetness and yeasts combine, adding an increased sense of depth. A touch of grassy hops provides a light bitterness to counteract the sweetness, leaving the brew to utilize its crisp carbonation by developing a remarkably smooth quality. ABV: 5.40%.
