Kyle Krebsbach, Assistant Beer Manager

Kyle joined our beer staff team in September 2008. He is a Minnesotan originally, but has lived in Colorado since 2004. Kyle graduated with honors this past spring from the University of Colorado-Boulder. He is planning to continue school with hopes of earning a Psy. D. Kyle came to the department with little knowledge of beer and was once heard recommending Coors Light to someone who wanted some good beer. To say the least, he has come a long way since then. Shortly after being hired into the department, he dove in head first to the wonders of craft beer. He loves hops, but enjoys all styles of beer, as long as it is well crafted. There are few beers in our vast selection of which Kyle has not tried. We consider Kyle our resident beer snob and craft expert; he is our go to guy for anything beer. Talk to Kyle and he'll get you what you need!

James Traitz, Beer Stocker/Customer Service

James was born and raised in Miami Florida with a love for beer from early on. Attracted by large snowy mountains and a change of seasons, James brought his talents from South Beach to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder, where aside from studying, spent most of his time Snowboarding and drinking good brew with friends. Before arriving in Colorado, James was never truly satisfied with the mass produced cheap beer that had always been available to him. He was determined to find and consume the best beers on earth and was not disappointed when he discovered all the great Micro Brewed beer available in Boulder. Since Joining the Liquor Mart beer team in early May of 2011, James has been on a mission to learn about all the great beers that this state has to offer and is happy to help all customers with any beer related needs they might have.

Evan Ritson, Beer Stocker / Customer Service

Born and raised on the North side of Chicago, Evan moved out to Boulder in 2006 to attend the University of Colorado. Having developed a distaste for mass produced American beers Evan quickly found himself immersed in the craft brew culture of Colorado, where he rediscovered his love of precision crafted beer. After completing a B.A. in History, Evan did the only logical thing available to him with such a degree: work with beer! Coming in with a working knowledge of a number of different brews, he hopes to expand his tasting horizons and work his way through the vast array of beers that Liquor Mart has to offer.  As a true lover of beer Evan is happy to share whatever knowledge he possesses with you and hopefully pass along some of his own enthusiasm for beer!
