Quick Overview

This brew has a good hoppy backbone in the aroma but is dominated by rich, roasted malts which are slightly nutty. An alluring smell of holiday spice leads nicely into a sweet, chewy maltiness which is accented by a smooth, biscuity feel. Mild hops, caramel and subtle spice combine for a clean aftertaste. Although Isolation is not as bold as many winter warmers, its flavor profile allows for a highly drinkable brew. ABV: 6.00%; IBUs: 29.
